Prices not negotiated yet, but estimate 125 EUR / night for two at Novotel (4 stars) or 50 EUR / night for two at Hotel Berthelot (3 stars). Other options close by—Very close to other hotel, hostel and Airbnb options. 

Very easy to get there—15 minute bus ride from the airport and around 10 EUR taxi fare.
